Operational Reliability Manager, Maintenance Expert Hot Strip Mill for Asset Performance Management System

What are my responsibilities?

• Working within the e-service Team to execute Maintenance Asset Technology (MAT) projects in the global market
• Perform pilots at customers sites and consulting during implementation phase
• Review of plant and asset structure/hierarchy to set up Maintenance Asset Technology (MAT) projects
• Validate asset data and supports solution design, functional and technical requirements for Hot strip Mill
• Discover and develop work processes for e.g. strategy optimization, risk reduction, …
• Perform MAT Project from technical and functional perspective in the 4 Pillars (Health, Strategy, Reliability, Integrity) to increase OEE.
• Deployment of Features to build up rules, configuration of policies, tasks families and fields, dash boards for Assets and Asset health monitoring …
• Coordinate Cooperation with our software partner company and cooperation with our customers Maintenance staff and engineers

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• technical practical experience in maintenance or operation of Hot strip Mills (min10yrs) with automation/mechanic/hydraulic/electric focus preferred OR
• Higher technical institute or university degree (e.g. HTL, BSc, MSc technical university, university of applied sciences) with IT/ automation/ engineering focus and technical practical experience (min5yrs) with
• experience in performing (min5yrs), audits and assessments, Safety-, Risk-analysis, Risk management
• experience in systematic evaluations e.g. Root cause analysis, FME(C)A, Risk/Criticality analysis, Risk based Inspections, …
• Self-organized and self-confidence to undertake tasks independently
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for in audits and assessments, consulting and training during roll out of APM system
• Advanced MS Office(Excel, Power Point, Word)
• English - fluent in written and spoken

What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR EUR 40.362,42 (F/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience.
