Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the marketing & account manager teams
  • Mobilization and development of marketing team through effective leadership and management skills
  • Development and of mid to long term strategic marketing plan (e.g. build a proven 5 years strategic plan) for the Therapy Area Secondary Care
  • Design and implementation of the marketing mix as defined in strategic objectives
  • Growing efficiency and effectiveness of sales & marketing activities, by utilizing profound marketing knowledge & experience for the creation and realisation of the marketing & sales tools/techniques
  • Trigger and analyze market research to support business decision-making
  • Strongly align marketing with other departments and other brands of Sandoz group
    • Product pre-launch analysis for go to market approach

Qualifikationen
What you'll bring to the role:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or natural science) or equivalent
  • 8+years work experiences in Marketing and/or Sales function in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Self-starter with analytical, strategic, project management and conceptual skills and proven track record of strong execution and results
  • Inspirational leadership with high level of self-awareness and curiosity with focus on empowering others and people development
  • Strong strategic vision and problem solving skills including strong communication, collaboration / consensus building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)

Desirable requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Additional Marketing qualification beneficial
  • Field experience advantageous
