In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and guiding countries in regard to their communication campaigns connected to Red Bull's music festivals and events.

You will lead on the communication strategy for Red Bull Music Festivals and key events. This means you'll be the first point of contact for countries in the development of their overall communications plan and be responsible for connecting the relevant vertical media specialists to maximize the impact of each countries' event.
You'll identify international earned, managed & owned communication opportunities from local Red Bull events. With these, you will help increase their quality and impact by working closely with the international content and programming team.
You'll ensure all major milestones are met, communication opportunities are maximized, and that the local and international team connected to festivals and events are operating efficiently. You will develop reporting standards for the communication campaigns and monitor results.
You will highlight best practices & learnings and share them internally to continue the improvement of Red Bull's music communications.
For this, you'll develop tools, processes & other opportunities for countries to deliver better communication campaigns and activities around Red Bull's music festivals and events. You'll manage international media visits to country experiences, media requests & access to talent.
3+ years' of experience in a music-based communication or PR role
Experience working with music artists and events
Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry
Ideally relationships in the global music and entertainment media landscape
Superior project management and presentation skills
Well organized team player with a strong editorial and media understanding

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
