Life Science: OTC & RX Field

Location: Wien

Your future role:

  • Coaching and leading sales force (aprox. 30 employees)
  • Co-ordinate all Brand commercial activities to deliver expected performance and beyond
  • Implement a plan to achieve brand sales targets within budgets and represent Sales Force during x-functional team meetings, to ensure all relevant market intelligence and in field execution feedbacks are transferred to shape brand/product strategies
  • Ensure best resource utilization and collaboration of salesforce with other roles (build up close cooperation with Marketing staff) & monitor performance of the Regional Sales Managers and their district in field teams' performance
  • Take over Key Account function for several special projects / key customers in hospital business to influence the opinions of key stakeholders
  • Motivate and build effective multidisciplinary in field teams, communicate the brand strategy and how this is translated into specific objectives

Job requirements:

  • excellent selling skills and strong business development knowledge in order to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to think strategically and to translate brand strategy into sales tactics
  • Proven leadership quality with strong ability to supervise and instruct, paired with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Expert knowledge of local market and customers insights & the ability to communicate vision and be a facilitator among the different in field roles and towards the marketing team
  • Function expertise in sales, distribution channels management with ability to operate and communicate effectively in a matrix environment

Our client offers:

Our client offers an annual gross salary of EUR 100 000 along with an additional performance-related bonus. According to your qualifications and your job experience our client is willing to pay more.
