As Digital Content Analyst, you'll work closely with the Senior Content Analyst to develop and implement actionable insights and recommendations to inform the programming and content teams. You'll create insightful presentations that summarize analyses and deep dives in a clear and easily digestible manner and present them to managers and executives to influence decision-making.
You'll analyze program performance across owned, managed/social, and earned media with a 360-degree approach. Additionally, you'll track and compile industry trends and competitive analysis to provide best practices and identify new opportunities in the marketplace.
In this role, you'll be the first line of defense for the content analyst team with programming, content, and brand teams globally and in the countries through Zendesk. You'll work closely with the data project managers to ensure that the programming team's data needs are met through dashboards, BI tools, and data implementation.
You'll work with the Senior Content Analyst to plan and execute ad-hoc analysis to develop strategies and tactics for developing Red Bull Media Network's audiences.
On a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis you'll track trends to evaluate programs and strategies within developed KPIs. Moreover, you'll build dashboards and reports to educate the programming and content teams and help them make data-based decisions.
3+ years of experience in a media/entertainment/tech company in a strategy/business development/analytical role
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
Adept at translating data into stories; prior experience working with producers, editors, and program strategists a plus
Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics; familiarity with Adobe and social analytics tools a plus
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and B.I. tools (such as Tableau) for manipulating and representing data
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high level of flexibility and intellectual curiosity
Experience coordinating efforts across various teams/offices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1816 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
