In this exciting position, you'll ensure that the product fits in line with the business strategy. You'll be responsible for the quality and the delivery of the products. Additionally, you'll take care that all existing and new product features are tracked at all times within the existing reporting environments. You'll consult in matters targeted towards Communication Platforms & Distribution Services in a solution-oriented role that promotes change and process improvements.
You'll act as an interface between the business, technical departments and external agencies. Thereby, you'll work with business owners and key stakeholders to translate business demands into user journeys and features. Your counterparts include Communication, Programming, Legal, Finance, Sales, IT and Marketing. You'll define success & acceptance criteria as well as quality measures. Furthermore, you'll foster a user centred mindset through analytics, user feedback, user tests, research and benchmarking.
In this role, you'll plan toward maximizing user & business value and manage priorities & backlogs accordingly. Therefore, you'll define, manage and deliver high and mid-level product roadmaps. You'll transform requirements into specific epics, stories, and tasks as well as constantly groom the product backlog as the backbone of product enhancements. To focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product, you'll leverage rapid iteration and focus on smaller chunks.
You'll collaborate with and drive effectiveness of cross-functional teams in business, analytics, design, product and engineering. You'll deliver assignments end-to-end, on-deadline and in-line with agreed strategies and processes as well as UX, brand and legal guidelines. In addition, you'll act as product owner in agile/scrum product development or project owner in conventional product development, as needed
2+ years' work experience in a multinational environment in media or digital industries.
Experience in successful digital/media projects and products, with project management tools, product development platforms, prototyping, wire framing, reporting and design tools.
A solution-oriented mind-set that promotes change and process improvements.
Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of audiences with different levels of technical expertise.
Passion for sports, music, events as well as media, digital products and services.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1,688 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
