In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to actively shape and develop Digital Red Bull unbranded services and products. You'll implement and drive services and products focusing mainly on software development and research and evaluate new concepts and patterns in the area of frontend as well as backend development. With your technical background, you are interested in every layer of the technical stack, from cloud backend services to aesthetic and fast consumer-facing UI components. As Senior Full Stack Software Developer you actively develop and implement software according to business requirements in day-to-day business primarily. Together with a team of 3-5 Developers you will develop new or enhance existing features for the Digital Red Bull unbranded ecosystem with special attention to feature completeness, testability, maintainability and performance.
As "First Man on the Code", you take over responsibility for the flawless implementation of the respective tasks, issues and epics you produce. "You build it, you run it!" is our general philosophy.
You'll advice Product Owners, UX Designers and Solution Architects as well as stakeholders on how to determine the requirements so that all technical concerns will be covered.
You understand yourself as a mentor and enabler, who empowers external an internal developers through onboarding to the platform and code as well as regular feedback and methods of mutual learning (e.g. pair programming).
You'll support a team of external and internal developers to foster technical excellence in the team. This includes bringing in your best practices, challenging the status quo, and setting things in motion.
You will improve our development patterns and workflows by introducing new concepts.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position
Sound knowledge in IT Software architecture, software development methods and IT requirements engineering
Overarching development skills reaching from frontend to backend, with focus Rest Apis, SQL, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Cloudfront, Elastic Search, ….
Focus on sustainable solutions that remain comprehensible as well as flexible in the long-term and strive for continuous development
Experience with working in virtual & mixed team organizations, including outsourced partners and vendors
Proactive mind-set, performance-, result- and solution-oriented

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1895 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
