In this role, you'll write, edit, and update internal communications in a variety of media.
Thus, you'll align with IT and key tool owners, drive bi-annual updates within those tools and manage the day-to.day of them.
You'll also take over the coordination of various RBMH projects including, but not limited to, B2B communications and film marketing. Moreover, you'll support employee engagement projects led by HR and collaborate with departments to find innovative, fresh ideas to engage internal audiences.
You'll support the implementation and coordination of internal department team meetings/workshops, key leadership messaging and forums and will master new software to provide presentation tools that better the professional level of presentations and reports.
Another aspect of your role will be the up-levelling of trainings on important tools (MediaNet and Media Planet). You'll ensure adoption and product use is efficient and effective in tight collaboration internally.
Furthermore, you'll contribute company knowledge and education on internal tools to support the HR Onboarding.
3+ years professional and progressive corporate communications experience
Previous experience working for a large, global company or agency
Exceptional written communications skills including copyediting and familiarity with AP style
Able to synthesize complex materials and to craft compelling and easy messaging
Project management and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate, manage and multi-task on project priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
Self-motivated, tech savvy, enthusiastic, agile team-player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1634 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
