In this role, you'll be the go-to-person for all activations and communication around artists and opinion leader ranging from talents on social, in feature films, in books etc.
Thus, you'll identify opportunities around artists and opinion leader and medialize those stories and content. You'll keep an eye on trends, topics and challenges in the sports and culture media landscape to define content and project opportunities.
You'll manage and further develop our communication strategy for the Global Artists and Opinion leader program. You'll translate messages around artists, opinion leader and their activation into editorial principles, key messaging, year-long narratives and a communication milestone plan.
Moreover, you'll define, create and execute communication plans based on Culture and Music Marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Empowering local programs around artists and opinion leaders and establishing your role as expert for communication of artists and opinion leaders towards all internal touch points will be your focus areas. You'll also take on role as project manager for launch and execution of key country projects. You'll initiate and support best practice sharing and knowledge transfer amongst countries.
Managing relationships with internal key stakeholders and countries is essential to this role. You'll consult, guide and support national Communication Manager to empower their local artists and talent and identify opportunities for a global audience. Identifying 'media that matters' for global partnerships and managing relations to these media outlets is another task to focus on.
Another important aspect of this role will be to provide artists and opinion leader with tools, guidance and support to strengthen their self-marketing skills and increase their reach and engagement. This will be done by building up their channels and create compelling content to represent the brand to their fans and followers.
5+ years' experience in Culture/Music or Talent/personality communication
Experience in working with artists, opinion leaders, talents, influencers or personalities
Good knowledge of media work and PR
Excellent project management skills and experience with project communication
Structured, well organized, resilient, passionate & strong personality

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
