As part of the Global Communications department, you'll set up the marketing strategy around the release of feature films and long format content. You'll lead activation for theatrical releases and releases throughout the network and collaborate with the Red Bull Media House Communications Manager to deliver a cohesive marketing and communications plan for individual projects as well as for Red Bull Media House's industry reputation as it pertains to films that achieves both awareness and conversion.
You'll define activation goals, develop KPIs, lead and conduct kick offs and post mortems around projects, ensure collaborating departments and external agencies are briefed, and align internally to deliver a cohesive marketing and communications plan for individual film projects.
You'll create social media guidelines and toolkits for third party partners and talent, collaborate with internal teams to ensure awareness and knowledge of films in the key territories. Additionally, you'll plan premiere events and tours in key territories together with local markets & distributors aimed at building community and broadening reach and engagement among key audiences and affinity groups.
You'll take charge of the creation of agency briefings, social media assets, and create templates for the activation of globally led projects. Moreover, you'll guide creatives and agencies to develop promotional assets designed to clearly articulate the market position of the film through the entire activation life cycle.
You will oversee our PESO strategies for films globally. You'll populate and manage official websites for Red Bull Films, ensure data compliance, and manage profiles across film hubs including IMDb, Wikipedia, Google, Box Office Mojo, etc..
You'll oversee and manage Red Bull Media House's global film festival strategy and execution. You'll give an expert overview of film festivals and film awards and act as point of contact for media and partnership inquiries. Furthermore, you'll leverage data and insights to build and execute custom digital and social marketing campaigns that engage our target audiences.
4+ years' experience in the media industry with a special focus on go-to-market film activation
Experience in and desire to work on a global level
In-depth experience in leading projects, delivering excellent, timely results in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with marketing agencies, producers and sales/distribution companies
Passion for emerging digital media landscape and audience development

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
