You will develop and plan global digital campaigns for numerous Red Bull initiatives. This will include setting the overall strategy through structured acquisition, engagement and retention plans. You will manage the campaign planning, pacing, creative optimization, and deliver on efficiency and effectiveness in growing Audiences on the Red Bull Media Network.
Another important aspect in this role will be to review campaign performance daily and continually optimize & refine the strategy to increase tune-in and audience growth. You'll help Identifying top-performing content across owned and paid social, and leverage what's working to further refine the overall activation strategy.
In this role, you will deliver to the media agency all relevant audience insights and clear/actionable campaign briefs. You will prepare and layout campaign structure for paid campaigns by creating the necessary pixels, custom audiences, custom conversions, tracking parameters, and targeting outline.
You'll be in charge of the global campaigns information flow and data cleanliness across multiple projects, dashboards and integrations as needed. You will work closely with key stakeholders (Audience Marketing, Programming, Creative, Media and Insights) to develop ongoing learnings. Furthermore, you'll educate and train country, HQ and Project teams on how to best utilize paid digital media to deliver against specific KPIs and objectives.
Minimum 3 years of related overall experience in Digital Marketing with focus on performance marketing
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape
Solid experience in implementing and executing the buying (via self-serve tools), optimizing and reporting on paid campaigns across social, search, webtv and display with exceptional planning skills. Programmatic experience of advantage
Understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context
Media Budget Management experience
Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully, with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a hands-on mentality
