Monitoring image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
Build a strong network with external promoters, key influencers, decision makers, event organizers and opinion leaders in search for new collaboration opportunities + know and map the global event landscape + assessing/securing International Partnership agreements.
Responsible for creating, executing and adapting the international Festival & Event strategy and ownable assets in alignment with international stakeholders from Culture, Marketing, Brand, Off Premise.
Joint responsibility, together with the markets, for availability and execution of all sales and marketing concepts, in line with the international strategy at Red Bull events, Festivals and Paragastronomy events.
Maximize resources, infrastructure and cooperation with other departments and external stakeholders (agencies, logistic partners, promoters) for maximum impact.
Track, record and evaluate all results of implemented Festivals & Events activities.
Support markets in building their On Premise Events business plans.
Active compilation of national and international On Premise learnings, showcases, best practices.
Maintain a constant exchange of information and best practices with Festival On Premise Managers/On Premise Marketing Manager/National On Premise Manager community.
Permanent observation of the market trends and competitor activities and activations.
Active search for new business opportunities all over the world, identifying potential for improving and adding new marketing activities.
Turn insights into impactful programs to drive sales and leverage Red Bull brand image
Search for further opportunities to off-set money by offering added value to the customer.
Identify and communicate potential for new On Premise Event tools
Minimum 3 years of sales and/or consumer event experience
Strong planning and project management competencies
In-depth knowledge of Festival & Event Marketing
Strong Event and Festival industry knowledge
Ability to cultivate team environment
Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
Willing to work in weekends and at nights
Strong Negotiation skills

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.687,- gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
