The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Air Race…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). We´re looking for a Head of Product Management to lead our Product team in strengthening and elevating our unique brand identity across all product categories with an emphasize on innovative fashion. You´ll lead a team of product managers to create and translate the brand philosophy & vision consistently in our products. Manage and supervise the Product Management team to develop and create products aligned with our brand ethos and creative vision
Coach and develop team members through frequent feedback talks, performance analysis and action plans
Co-create and manage the product development calendar
Align and maintain processes and standards across the different product categories
Work closely with the Head of Product Development, Head of Design, Head of Retail etc. to continuously improve the process and the cooperation between the teams to strengthen our unique brand identity
Ensure that objectives are on track throughout the product creation process
Develop a strategic product roadmap that both aligns with our business objectives, brand philosophy and vision
Analyse of consumer, market and retail data
Create strategies and business development plans for the different categories to ensure sustainable long-term growth
Coordinate and steer horizontal projects by outlining cross-departmental initiatives and deliverables
At least 5 years senior level experience in fashion industry, 2-3 years' experience managing teams
In-depth knowledge of the global apparel market in terms of competitors, fashion trends and factors in key markets, consumer profiling, etc.
Solid understanding of the sourcing and production process in the apparel industry
Strong understanding for retail to create assortments that are both profitable and commercially viable
A dvanced within MS office, experience with ADOBE CS, SAP would be a plus
Strong administrative skills and ability to build timeline & critical paths
Multitasking abilities, proactive and highly flexible problem solver
Positive attitude, strongly collaborative, ability to translate constructive feedback to team members
Strong analytical as well as interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
