Without knowing our audience, we can't tell inspiring and great stories. Our Audience Intelligence team is the digital data-driven business enabler of Red Bull Media House and a key partner for Red Bull Brand Marketing. The team's major focus is to develop data intelligence to support content programming, digital product development, communication initiatives and commercial efforts. Therefore, the team is responsible for measuring the performance of the whole Red Bull Media Network across all channels and produce high quality analysis of the collected data from which actionable insights can be derived.
This internship offers the perfect opportunity to dive into the digital world of Red Bull. You love crunching numbers? Are you socially savvy with a good understanding of how the social media platforms work and how brands can get the best from them? Have you got experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr? During this internship, you'll analyze the Red Bull Media Network from both a product and content perspective.
As a full member of the team, you'll work across the Audience Intelligence and Social Media teams to produce regular and ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis. You'll share those insights with the Programming and Analytics teams, informing key stakeholders about Red Bull Media Network's performance.
You'll play a key part in supporting our social media team with data-driven insights which inform and drive the strategy on our social accounts, all while learning how to capitalize and get the most from social media.
Excellent data manipulation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to spot trends and drive insight forward
Must be organized and methodical as the job will entail working with a large amount of data across multiple countries
Attention to detail is critical
A strong knowledge of social media is a must
Computer Skills: Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Sprinklr or any social media analytics platforms (preferred)
Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools (preferred)
Knowledge of SQL would be a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1634 gross per month.
