To drive further growth, in corporate development we focus on identifying, evaluating and implementing new business opportunities. As Project Manager, you'll take the lead for cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders involved and ensure successful implementation for the businesses. Acting as facilitator of business decisions, you'll create transparency on all major Media House projects, monitor progress and guide the allocation of resources. Based on comprehensive data analysis, you'll challenge business performance as well as the achievement of strategic objectives and provide recommendations for action.
In this role, you'll take over the lead for cross-functional projects with diverse internal and external stakeholders involved. You'll set-up and supervise overall project schedule, monitor and report the progress of project phases, achievement of milestones and communicate decision needs. Moreover, you'll plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the project. Based on thorough analyses, you will facilitate the evaluation and prioritizing of projects and support the management board in strategic decision making. You'll prepare executive-level presentations for internal meetings as well as external meetings.
In this role, you'll monitor, and challenge business performance based on comprehensive data analysis (P&L, statistics, country data). This includes providing insights, recommendations and needs for action to direct the company's resources. Additionally, you'll identify and evaluate organic and inorganic business opportunities based on internal and external data analysis, including industry, markets and competitive information.
You'll gain a good understanding of different areas of the business and its challenges and opportunities. With your strong market knowledge and good interpersonal skills, you'll establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management, consulting and/or business/corporate development, experience in media is a plus
Proven ability to effectively manage projects with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills (including ability to set up business cases), good understanding of financial figures
Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading
Holistic mindset, big picture approach of problems at hand
Strong team spirit

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
