Manage point of sale products along the full product lifecycle and support cross functional during business planning and order cycles
Develop new and improve existing point of sale products in cooperation with our counterparts at marketing and sales departments
Monitor relevant POS product and technology trends in order to make and translate recommendations for the future as well as monitor and evaluate the performance of key suppliers
Develop the sourcing approach for new products, negotiate product pricing, contracts as well as other commercial aspects on an annual basis.
Manage and develop a small team of product development specialists based on Red Bull's standards and personal needs
Manage and develop the existing International supplier pool as well as qualify new suppliers for the specific product group on relevant buying markets.
Five or more years professional experience in a comparable role
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product development projects, people and resources in a global business environment
Experience in leading and managing a small team
Efficient, result-driven, convincing and collaborative approach
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as experiences in leading negotiations with global suppliers
Practical experience in MS Office, SAP (MM)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1895 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
