Customer Profitability Manager (Sales Controlling)


To strengthen our Sales Controlling Team we are looking for a Quality Manager for our Customer Profitability Management tool (CPM) in our headquarters in Fuschl am See. As part of the Finance Beverage Team, you will be Business Partner to the Sales & IT departments in HQ, as well as to key users in Red Bull organizations around the globe. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of our CPM tool and processes in the markets by managing support and proper issue resolution. Together with your team you will develop system solutions as well as strategies to improve training of the organization.

Oversee the support process to ensure proper functioning, find efficiencies and tackle areas of opportunity.

Lead the support team consisting of 3 direct reports, and maintain close partnership with IT to secure correct and efficient issue resolution.


Develop strategies to systematically identify, track and document quality gaps along process and system.

Identify enhancement areas in our tool, define business requirements, and ensure proper development and implementation with support of internal and external consultants.

Ensure solutions are aligned with global concepts and quality guidelines within Finance and International Sales


Develop a holistic knowledge transfer concept for continuous training of our different user groups.

Ensure proper implementation of training strategies and define further training opportunities based on knowledge gaps identified from support issues.


Partner with International Sales, Corporate Controlling and IT teams, in order to keep a strong alignment of our tool and processes in the short and long term strategy.

Partner for subsidiaries in establishing and fully exploiting the potential of our CPM tools.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

Minimum five years of relevant Finance/Controlling experience

Experience in the FMCG industry and/or with focus in sales controlling of advantage

IT literate, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool (CRM-TPM/ SAP ERP - SD, FI, COPA/ BI/ Essbase/ Hyperion, etc.)

Highly analytical, team player and results oriented

Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment

  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • Fluent English

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1687 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
