To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Event Production (m/f). In this role, you´ll head the Event Production Department with all comprised tasks such as planning and controlling of the event production budget, event setup planning and execution, Infrastructure design, and cooperation with local/national agencies and promoters. Furthermore, you´ll be responsible for the Event Operation in the areas of health, safety & security topics, onsite transportation and crew services center.

In this role, you´ll plan and implement the event setup in close cooperation with all departments involved. You´ll align the event setup and operation with local/national promotors regarding their area of responsibility.
You´ll design and manage the entire production processes (including milestone planning, work split). The alignment with local authorities during the event production phase is another aspect of this role.
In addition, you´ll be responsible for health, safety & security services at the events. You´ll support the Host City Acquisition Team with respective plans and documents regarding potential event locations.
To steer the process of acquisition and relationship with the suppliers based on a traceable pitch process and continuous check of deliveries is your responsibility.
You´ll constantly evaluate and improve the team structure regarding and associated with working hours, travel times.
In addition, you´ll plan, control and report the Event Production budget.
Lastly, you´ll support the departments in authority and stakeholder negotiations.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the area of international event production in a corporate environment - preferably in large-scale sport events.
Strong leadership skills, can motivate and lead an international team
Proactive, focused on continuous improvement
Excellent computer knowledge
Working knowledge of CAD, SAP R/3 and APO is a strong plus
Well-structured, ability to perform under pressure
Excellent time management with focus on deadlines

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1895 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
