International Sales Data Integration Analyst


In this entry level position you (m/f) will play an integral role in maintaining and developing a centralized reporting system within the Sales Organization, which enables both reporting and analysis of key Sales KPIs in the Off Premise Channel. You will be part of the "Data Quality Management Team (DQM-Team)", which is part of the Sales Off Premise team based in Fuschl. You will drive the development and the data quality of the reporting in the Corporate Business Intelligence system and ensure a proper integration of data sources and reports into the current reporting landscape. As part of this role, you play an important role to operationally support the entire DQM Team and to align & ensure proper documentation of change requests. Next to the documentation, you will be responsible to test all change requests. You will act as an interface to IT and other cross-functional stake holders, such as Finance, Marketing as well as act as a central point of contact for local markets.

Areas that play to your strengths

  • Development / Enhancements of internal Off Premise Reporting systems

Support documentation, the alignment and sign off of on-going change request for the internal OFP Reporting systems based upon the underlying HQ- & governance processes

Ensure proper development and implementation of system enhancements and its underlying reporting system before Go-Live

Support testing activities of ongoing change requests and sign-off of Change requests

Support ad hoc testing & reconciliation exercises between different systems to ensure Data Quality


Support collection of reporting requirements from Local markets and further development of the standard reporting for local countries


Partner with International Sales Controlling, Corporate Controlling and IT teams, in order to keep a strong alignment in the short and long term strategy.

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

Entry Level Position: Minimum of one year experience in the FMCG industry and/or with focus on sales reporting of advantage

Highly analytical, organized and results oriented individual

Proficiency in MS Excel (incl. VBA skills), Knowledge in Data preparation tools, PowerPoint and Word

IT literate, familiarity with any SAP system (i.e. CRM, BI Bex Reporting etc) and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus

SQL knowledge is a plus

Data Model understanding

Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and find solutions

Communication skills, performance and result oriented, team player

  • University degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
  • Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
