As part of the Music Portfolio team you'll perform creative music supervision and consultation for our media productions through our internal Red Bull Audio Library, as well as commission and manage bespoke music productions with our network of composers. Please note that the position is a maternity cover and will be filled for approx. 18 months.
In this exciting role you'll manage composers, music producers, mastering and any other 3rd party content providers involved in creating music for Red Bull Media House. You'll support and consult internal and external stakeholders with production-music supervision.
In cooperation with the Music Licensing Manager, you'll consult content creation teams with appropriate music choices based on terms, budget, feasibility and creative needs. Additionally, you'll administer incoming licensing requests for owned music copyrights.
Experience in music supervision or music licensing, or in a similar position at a label, music publisher, brand or agency
Knowledge of/ passion for music composition, music business and/or music production
Experience in metadata and database management and/or large-scale organisation of multiple production partners
Knowledge of advanced musical terminology, production/studio techniques, basic video editing
Ideally understanding of the needs of moving images producers, editors, etc
Technological understanding of digital workflows
Excellent communication skills to drive creative, technical and administrative processes with close liaisons with internal and external stakeholders
Thorough handling of corresponding administrative work such as contracts, invoices, tax paperwork

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
