The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Air Race…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). As Apparel Quality Manager you develop quality procedures to ensure the high quality standards of our product range. You act as an interface between vendors and our internal production team, optimize costs & lead times, negotiate purchasing conditions and extend our supplier network.

Negotiation of purchasing conditions of our existing and new supplier network and strong alignment with respective departments within this process
Act as an interface between vendors and internal production team to secure delivery dates, material quality and other requirements
Implement integrative process into the whole vendor portfolio
Finalize general terms and conditions for all suppliers
Develop supplier evaluation tools in close collaboration with internal departments
Develop quality procedures and documents to guarantee high quality standards at all our suppliers
Optimize product quality, costs and lead times in close cooperation with external vendors and our internal development team
Set-up of quality standards and processes
At least 5 years' working experience, preferable in the apparel industry
Knowledge about operative quality management in the apparel industry
Excellent negotiation skills
Knowledge of international sourcing markets
Working on one's own initiative, autonomously and self-organized
Hands-on, highly product-driven mentality
Advanced MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP knowledge

Martin Schneller Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1595 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
