With our strong focus on Music and Dance as well as Art and Design we are covering many fields in Youth Culture and are dominating selected scenes and environments. With our programs and activations, we run event series and produce relevant content for audiences around the globe. In order to create more efficiencies and bigger reach for our programs, we are looking to expand our team in the field of brand partnerships and merchandise. As the Global Culture Marketing Insights & Development Manager, you'll be responsible for brand partnerships and merchandise both globally and locally, in cooperation with our Red Bull country organizations. Your main focus areas include enhancing the global merchandise and partnership strategy for Culture Marketing, cooperating with internal stakeholders to acquire global partnerships and steering our global merchandising lines.

In this role, you'll refine and execute global partnership strategy and ensure that objectives and benefits are clear for all relevant stakeholders. Together with global project owners you'll identify further priority projects both from Culture and Communication perspective.
By continuously optimizing and enhancing workflow and alignment processes you'll ensure best selection and set-up for global partnerships.
Furthermore, you'll act as a competence centre for the local Culture Marketing Managers for the choice, set-up and execution of local partnerships.
Another part of the role is to analyse and evaluate the outcome of global partnerships and share learnings both on HQ and country level to further optimize the impact.
To further expand our footprint in this field, you'll steer global merchandising lines in alignment with global project owners.
In this role, you'll also identify other relevant culture projects for global merchandising lines. You'll work closely together with other teams and project owners to define the objectives, production and distribution set-up as well as business model.
Furthermore, you'll be responsible for setting-up workflows and processes with other key stakeholders.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in International project and stakeholder management.
Experience in working in larger teams with multiple stakeholders and under high pressure.
Experience as a project manager for brand partnerships (global or local).
Prior experience with merchandising or within the merchandise industry would be a plus.
Excellent organisational and project planning skills coupled with the ability to work in a team.
Strategic thinking, excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities.
Good marketing and brand related skills, understanding and experience.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1768 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
