Management of global IT projects in the field of HR (SAP HR and other HR applications)
Plan and manage the effective allocation of budget and resources
Understand, challenge and translate business requirements into functional requirements and technical design
Coordinate and steer technical expert teams to design new solutions and to enhance existing solutions in a highly integrated environment
Contribute to and execute governance standards and provide 3rd level support for ERP systems
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT HR / HR ERP systems, preferably in an international company
Ideally Proven Project Management skills
Ideally integrated understanding of HR processes and applications
Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills, performance and result oriented, team player
