You will oversee the global social media presence for our brand accounts. You will be in charge of growing our reach, view time, and frequency of consumption across all your accounts by developing new tactics to engage.
Managing channel management across Red Bull's global branded social media properties on Facebook, Instagram, Musical.ly and Snapchat will be key part of this role. Another exciting aspect will be to ensure that the global Red Bull accounts are strong representations of the brand. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally, and be accountable for the voice, tone, and curation of our platforms. You will ensure the highest level of channel programming and be on the lookout for any new platforms that may arise.
In this role you will support on several brand projects, collaborate with our analytics team to ensure the ideal strategy to reach our key audiences and optimize all video for each platform. You will manage an editing resource that will be responsible for generating real-time content for all of our channels (i.e. Instagram Stories).
You will be responsible for a 24/7 channel management team around the globe and will ensure that the team is up to date on social strategies and Red Bull's brand guidelines. Ensuring that your key stakeholders understand what content is needed across which channels, as well as growing the community and engagement will be part of your role.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in large reach Social Media account management
Background in performance-based social media marketing
Experience in developing loyal audiences through social media
Able to strengthen stakeholder relationships within a team and manage large global teams
Strong understanding of online and social media landscape
Deep knowledge of the relationship between paid and organic social media initiatives
Planning and executing resourcefully with minimal supervision
Extensive knowledge of sports and culture

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
