You'll create strategic content programming plans across the entire Red Bull Media Network to maximize the growth of and engagement with the key target audiences for Motorsports. This includes 4 wheels (f.e. IE F1, WRC, Rally, Drifting) and 2 wheels (f.e. IE MotoGP, Enduro, Trial, Motocross).
Your responsibilities will include defining a content programming strategy to reach a global motorsport audience and establishing a strong collaboration between channels and content creation teams to ensure success. Drawing from your knowledge of motorsports teams, riders/drivers, disciplines and championships, you'll ensure credibility in our programming plans. You'll identify content offering gaps and opportunities across the Red Bull Media Network for both live and non-live content, and provide recommendations for adjustments.
You'll evaluate local country programming and release plans, and elevate them for better local and potentially international realization. You'll provide countries with programming bundles, recommendations and establish strong collaboration with the markets, to understand the local priorities and needs. You'll also work closely with the Red Bull Media House teams managing the media network channels and producing content.
Working with the analytics teams to translate audience insights into practical guidelines for programming (role of channels, timings) and content (commissioning brief) will be part of your role as well. You will understand and describe this audience and their behavior, evaluate these results and use the learnings from release plans to better our long-term strategies and educational resources.
Passion for and strong knowledge of motorsports
At least 3 years' experience across digital or marketing
Fluent understanding of content consumption across potential audiences (f.e. live streaming on digital platforms, news distribution on Twitter, etc.)
Excellent knowledge of Social Media and digital media
Experience with content programming - Social Media and/or websites
Superior project management skills and editorial understanding
Ability to translate data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations
Ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders and prioritize and define standards for support
Well organized and proactive with the ability to work under pressure and deliver work to the highest standard under own initiative
Good level of computer literacy
Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
