You'll manage ongoing strategy development and the implementation of Red Bull Amaphiko to further establish it as a global development and marketing program in close collaboration with the Social Entrepreneurship Development and Social Innovation Lead. Moreover, you'll manage, optimize and innovate our portfolio of tools and initiatives to increase their impact and growth. You'll work with a variety of focus markets to further establish and grow our programs and develop and manage partnership strategies with the partnership teams and 3rd parties. Managing a project team, its structure and budget will be part of this role as well.
In this role, you'll provide cutting edge tools and guidelines/handbooks for key initiatives for local country implementation. You'll be the expert for markets, managing country alignment and guiding the implementation of Red Bull Amaphiko initiatives. Furthermore, the support, training and development of national Red Bull Amaphiko counter parts and the management of Red Bull Amaphiko input and feedback will be other tasks that we will trust you with.
You'll manage the cross departmental liaise for Red Bull Amaphiko with the Red Bull Media Network and other departments to inspire and engage key audiences from core to broad. As part of your role, you'll identify and execute opportunities for internal integrations to ingrain Red Bull Amaphiko across the brand.
Lastly, you'll evaluate all Red Bull Amaphiko initiatives critically, set benchmarks and feed learnings into the strategy to further optimize the program.
You'll identify and share Best Practice examples, develop case studies, pioneer new initiative ideas, develop guidelines based on successful pilots and manage their international roll-out.
4-6 years' experience in Event Management and/or Project Management with proximity to the social innovation/start up/culture scene
International and cross-departmental experience
Excellent organizational and project planning/management skills
Passion and understanding for social innovation/social entrepreneurship and/or start up scene
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Deep understanding of Red Bull brand
Entrepreneurial profile with hands on attitude
Creative, communicative, sociable, open team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1,687 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
