In this role, you will be the Finance Business Partner for our HR and Finance Managers. You work closely together with the departments and support them in all finance and budget relevant topics. You do this driven by a service mentality and by challenging, asking questions, giving suggestions and insights. Moreover, you
ll be responsible for making sure that global standards and guidelines are met. Youll also provide financial training on guidelines and processes to budget owners.
In addition, you`ll promote efficiency in Controlling in order to minimize time spent for report generation and increase the time for analysis, commenting and insights sharing.
You will act as a Project Manager for global process and system developments related to finance tools and finance responsibility. It will be your responsibility to support the alignment and elaboration of business requirements from a content and process point of view as a basis for approval and technical conversion. Additionally, you`ll coordinate and prepare the alignment and decision meetings in this context.
In this role, you will be responsible for the indirect costs part in our Group Controlling Guidelines and hence for the definition and execution of our global structures and processes. Moreover, based on these guidelines, you`ll act as a trainer in our Global Controlling Academies.
You will act as the Planning Coordinator to ensure data collection and data entry within our deadlines and fulfill all relevant planning deliveries in time. Based on content you challenge the budgets and provide monthly year to go estimates. You`ll contribute to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates and long-term forecasts.
You will be responsible for a timely distribution of financial information (plan & actual) to every budget holder by sending out reports (incl. comments) and by presenting the information in regular meetings. Furthermore, you
ll support management in the review and tracking of department budgets. Youll ensure that master data (cost centers, internal orders and hierarchies) across controlling systems is always updated in order to guarantee consistent standard reporting and ad hoc analysis. Moreover, you`ll support invoicing/recharging international employees within our group.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1728 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
