In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the product, services and life-cycle management across the spectrum of digital services to enable Social Media and Audience Development. This includes selecting social vendors for specific business needs as well as managing social tools portfolio. Additionally, you'll roll out, train and manage user and admin for social tools. You'll also promote the adoption of social tools across the Red Bull Media network and manage the integration of social tools across owned and shared platforms.
As Social Services Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for vendors across the social services portfolio, including tools like Sprinklr, Wayin and similar, LastPass, Social Apps (Twitter, Facebook), Tubular Labs and other social tools, such as bit.ly, Nouncy and Crowdtangle. Thereby, you'll manage user licenses, software implementation and train as well as communicate new features.
Moreover, you'll drive decisions on future social tools in close collaboration with the audience development team, ensuring business needs are fulfilled. You'll identify and assess new tools and needs as they come up and continually evaluate existing vendors.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, such as Audience Intelligence team, Brand and Product Management to ensure best-in-class social tools and technologies to enable business needs.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2483 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
