Lead Tactical Manufacturing (m/f)

Biologics Technical Development & Manufacturing, Sandoz GmbH, Schaftenau

Area of Responsibility

  • Leads and provides input for tactical orientation of manufacturing, i.e. contributes to master plan and evaluates feasibility of product allocations
  • Manages Process Unit (PU) systems with respect to compliance, i.e. cGMP, regulatory and Health, Safety and Environment requirements
  • Provides Investigation and Documentation Services for PU
  • Is owner of PU equipment/system qualification/validation
  • Support audits and complaint investigations
  • Coordinates and implements changes, i.e. for projects, raw materials and file compliance• Acts as subject matter expert for PU systems
  • Is team member of the PU Leadership Team

Qualifications

  • Education: Technical or Scientific Academic Degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
  • Experience: Min. 3 years managerial experience in an operational environment, ideally sterile pharmaceutical production. Relevant experience in biologics production and/or leadership highly desirable.

In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 42.913,50 euros.
