During the intensive one-year program, you will gain insights into the industry by participating in the Business Education Program (BEP) as well as establishing and developing professional relationships. After the program, most of the GROWWWers can continue their career at MOL Group in expert, specialist or even manager positions.

ROTH Heizöle GmbH, as part of MOL Austria Group, is looking for a new team member for the following full-time position (38, 5 h/week):

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting project and process management of ROTH Heizöle GmbH according the current Sales Strategy
  • Maintaining the cooperation with existing customers
  • Making all effort to understand the fuel market´s relevant com-mercial trends and requirements of strategic segments
  • Working in close cooperation and under the guidance of the local and regional fuel sales team
  • Cooperating in preparing market analyses and creation of cus-tomer acquisition plans for fuels and Heating Oil specialized on the household business on the given market
  • Administrative support of sales activities, creating sales reports
  • Facilitating daily operation, implementation of business pro-cesses, handling of orders, forecasts, requests from customers
  • Completing and recording commercial contracts, enters the rele-vant master data for the development of commercial contracts


  • University degree with a specialisation in Sales and/or Pro-ject Management
  • Outstanding communication skills combined with a proac-tive and energetic attitude
  • Hands-on-mentality
  • Accountable, precise, process-focused, project oriented per-sonality and being able to handle complexity
  • Team player, stakeholder focus, customer oriented
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent German and advanced English language skills (B2)
  • Driving licence (category B)
