Learning & Development Specialist - Global Talent Management

The purpose of this role is to increase Red Bull’s capability to find and keep the right people and to grow our managers’ skills in giving people wings. This will be achieved through supporting the development of Red Bull’s global Talent Management programs, products and platforms. This role needs to challenge current Talent Management, recruitment and HR paradigms while creating innovative solutions that support the culture and philosophies that make our company unique and competitive. As a Learning & Development Specialist - Global Talent Management you will take the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition topics, through actively supporting our programs and initiatives. The role will be filled provisionally temporary for a period of 12 months.

Areas that play to your strengths

Performance Management

  • Involved in the development of our new performance management web solution and its roll out
  • Researching on state-of-the-art web solutions
  • Coordinating and supporting the global testing process
  • Responsible for content management and documentation

Talent Management Tools and Programs

  • Maintaining a consistent, premium voice, design, rollout packaging and approach for all internal and external Talent Management products
  • Supporting Talent Management project lead in communication strategy and materials for their global Program rollout

Global Talent Acquisition

  • Supporting our global candidate attraction and selection strategy by providing analytics and recommendations/ solutions on applicant tracking systems utilization
  • Co-developing an approach for selection data; how this can add value to new hires during their on-boarding experience and future growth and development at Red Bull
  • Supporting the design and maintenance of process, tools, technology and programs that build HR and Hiring Manager ability to source and select top talent
  • Support in the facilitation of global roll-outs and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes, technologies and associated training materials
  • Managing our global Business Case database including reviewing and updating current offerings
  • Reviewing Global Job Description database with business functions to update and optimize
  • Quality checks of global jobs site (template usage, global Job Ad usage etc)
  • Creating global training assets to support the creation of consistently high quality Job Ads

Talent Management Consulting Support

  • Developing a portfolio providing overview of Talent Management Solutions (philosophies, tools, training etc) to leverage post market visits
  • Coordination of and data preparation for market visits
  • Unifying program documents, prioritizing and planning actions post pilot
  • Supporting the preparation and coordination of Global HR Academy
  • Supporting the adoption of market visit toolkit following the Global HR Academy

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

  • First professional experience in the area of Human Resources/ Communications with a focus on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Training (for example through internships)
  • Ability to coach, advise and influence indirect reports in a highly diverse environment in terms of culture, experience, seniority
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, prioritization and project management skills
  • A strong aesthetic savvy and keen eye for design
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An understanding and working knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on employer branding and learning/ development initiatives
  • A strong focus on execution and results as well as an autonomous, self-motivated and self-starting working style
  • Already worked with applicant tracking systems; working with Taleo is considered an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment process, platforms and strategies preferred
  • Experience in the application and usage of candidate assessments preferred
  • Degree in Organizational Psychology or PR/Communications is preferred
  • Fluent in English; German language is an advantage

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
