In this exciting role, you’ll provide data-driven content and strategy insights across our social media performance on shared properties. You’ll support and educate country and programming teams in measuring social performance and oversee regular output of data-driven insights for all our social initiatives. Additionally, you’ll develop social insights to inform business decisions and shape the content strategy.
As Social Media Analyst, you’ll develop quantitative analysis, custom models and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities within social media channels. This includes identifying best practice for editorial and content formats, especially social video, as well as identifying dynamics of and opportunities for content distribution across and beyond the Red Bull social media network. Moreover, you’ll map the structure and trends within our core audiences and test, iterate, and develop hypotheses with global programming team on performance and how to optimize against the every-changing landscape of shared platforms.
You’ll generate data-driven insights from owned social to inform the social media strategies of Red Bull, Red Bull Media House, and Red Bull TV.
In this role, you’ll manage strategy and implementation of social reporting across all verticals of Red Bull and Red Bull Media House. Additionally, you’ll provide ongoing reporting / insight into global editorial channels and strategy and provide regular reports on social media performance to key stakeholders across our company.
You’ll also review and improve the standards, methodologies and success metrics for measuring social media impact across the Red Bull network. In addition, you’ll educate and support country and programming teams in measuring social media outcome.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1805 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
