Team Leader HR Systems/Reporting (f/m)

Corporate HR is looking for a strong team leader, who has the IT background, HR experience and personal skills for leading and driving in close collaboration with the Corporate ICT department the global roll-out of the future PALFINGER HR information system and HR reporting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management - Lead Global HRIS implementation
  • Champion the process of defining HR systems and reporting requirements together with the HR senior process experts and Corporate ICT
  • Lead the roll-out planning, coordination, communication monitoring and project reporting of the implementation of HRIS project
  • Develop training tool and conduct trainings
  • Support the integration of the new tool into the IT landscape incl. support model
  • HR Reporting/KPI
  • Define together with all relevant stakeholders (management, Corporate Communications, Corporate ICT, HR team, etc.) the future reporting requirements
  • Define state-of-the-art key metrics for monitoring the strategic and operational performance of the HR teams at Palfinger
  • Closely cooperate with FI, CO, Communications etc. in providing high quality HR information wherever needed
  • Support our global efforts to keep all HR master data accurate and up-to-date
  • Business Partner
  • Act as a Business Partner to Corporate HR, all Business Areas, the global HR team and other stakeholders in all topics related to the HRIS and other systems
  • Support the organizational transition of Palfinger by driving and championing change initiatives and be a role model towards agility, flexibility and mobility
  • Build a global HR network
  • Represent Corporate HR internally and externally, helping to build a professional network in relevant communities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of work experience in strategic and operational HR management, preferably within an international company
  • Global Project Management experience
  • Good ERP/HR software system knowledge
  • High affinity and good understanding of relevant IT topics
  • Leadership experience of advantage
  • Broad HR process understanding including recruiting, internal communication, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, HR, information technology, organizational behavior, etc.)

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Position requires regular travelling (>20%) abroad
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Business Partner mind-set (Business oriented)
  • Leadership and Hands-on personality
  • Distinctive strategic and analytical thinking
  • Intercultural competences

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 40.074,02 p.a. However, we offer a market-conform overpayment according to experience and qualification.
