We develop integrated circuits (ICs) for automotive radar applications. Our approach towards high integration with bipolar and CMOS semiconductor technologies yields the latest safety-achievements into the automotive field. Complex analog/mixed signal ICs, that are used in high-frequency radar applications, are developed with modern design tools using state-of-the-art design methodology.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group F (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017).
