Procurement Expert Category Management (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing procurement expenditure within respective Category Cluster, identifying, prioritizing procurement opportunities and setting Procurement Strategy (one to two years time horizon)
• Performing independently without close supervision procurement activities within Category Cluster Team
• Using personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in Category Management activity and procedures
• Representing OMV Group with strategic suppliers/contractors and ensuring the company performance requirements are understood and being met

Your profile:

• University degree in business administration, economics or engineering
• Minimum three years experience in strategic and operational procurement activities
• Ability to handle local/ international tenders independently
• Advanced IT skills esp.: SAP, MS-Office and standard procurement applications
• Fluency in English language, German beneficial
• Strong proactively, engaged, reliable and resilient approach
• Readiness to travel
