The datacenter in Vienna holds a strategically important role within the concern. For supporting the further growth the following vacancy is to be filled by starting as soon as possible:

Tasks:

You will support internal users of a companywide used ERP-software, this mostly by remote service for several worldwide offices. You will find solutions to their current problems with applications and will furthermore contribute to the optimisation of the software tool itself.

These are your tasks:

• 2nd level Support for applications, handling requests and failures
• Initialising and proactive driving of solution-finding and attributed activities
• Testing, documentation and distribution of configuration changes and updates
• Internal and external communication
• Occasional collaboration in international projects

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar position (Business Application Support/User Support)
• High school graduation or similar
• Strong IT-affinity and understanding
• Competent Knowlegde of common databases (e.g. SQL)
• Outstanding comprehension of business processes
• Analytical thinking as well as structured, consequent and self dependend working-style
• Customer orientation
• Very good communication- and problemsolving-skills
• Readiness, target orientation and teamorientation
• Very good command of English (working language)

Salary:

Our client offers a market-conform gross salary (shown by the red bar) depending on your skills, experience and individual performance. According to the collective agreement a minimum pre-tax salary of EUR 1.300 per month is provided, possible increased payment is dependent on professional experience and/or qualifications.
