Compensation & Benefits Manager

International Headquarter

Reporting directly to the Head of Competence Center Compensation & Benefits & HR Controlling you will develop, implement and be overall responsible for all C&B topics including job evaluation, C&B and HR Controlling for defined countries in our group. You will also manage the know-how transfer between the Headquarter and the country organizations in the defined countries in order to improve the development and monitoring in our headquarter.

We are looking for a professional (male/female) with at least 3 years of expertise in an HR department, preferably in C&B or HR Controlling. Beside a university degree, your English is fluent and knowledge in C&B is state of the art.

Our client offers an annual gross salary starting from EUR 50,000. Additional payment according to skills and experience.
