The business segment MT C&R with headquarter in Linz and centers of competence in Sheffield and Montbrison will enforce its engineering set-up in China and has a vacancy for a product coach / product engineer to manage the engineering ramp up in China/Shanghai.

What are my responsibilities?

• Lead Localization and development of SMART Products (Aluminium foil mills)
• Support and coordinate local product engineering teams in Shanghai and center of competence in UK
• Coordinate with business segment, business subsegment management, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Service manager, Sales Team, Procurement/Logistics, Business Administration
  

Detailed Tasks:

• Support Engineering Ramp-up activities (Trainings and technical advice)
• Support Smart product development and redesign activities, support manufacturing process in own Workshop
• Support sales activities including product training for sales force in China
• Support project execution of Aluminium mills project execution
• Support Manufacturing Ramp-up
• Local sourcing activities
• Develop local successor team of M3 PLMS and Product Owners (RC support)
• Develop Sales Kit for local products with sales team and product team
• Clarify and define Sales process for all products with headquarter/center of competence and local sales

What else do I have to know?
The cross annual compensation in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for this function is at least EUR 30.200. Education and experience can lead to overpay. In addition Siemens provides social and other benefits.
