The department MT MS MSI 1 5 - Metallurgical Services / SL Operating Services is searching for Training Engineers (f/m) for the Training Center of Competence in Linz.

What are my responsibilities?

• Preparation of training documentation
• Preparation of training schedules
• Preparation of training support materials including PPT-presentations
• Implementation of class room and practical trainings aligned with SIEMENS guidelines
• Training progress evaluation of trainees
• Coordination with specialists and product managers from other business segments of MT in order to ensure the best training service for customers
• Technical responsibility for product know how transfer restriction and skilled explanation of plant properties
• Provide training supervision at off shore partner plants

Which qualifications do I need?

• Technical education (Higher Technical Institute, University degree)
• Min. 3 years of experience in a maintenance or steelmaking operations position
• Advanced technical knowledge of steelmaking
• Advanced technical knowledge of industrial plant maintenance
• Advanced communication and presentation skills on expert level
• Ability to communicate in English is essential

On a personal level you convince us by hihg initiative, the ability to analyze, further by high result orientation and situational sensitivity as well as a strong customer focus.

What else do I have to know?
The cross annual compensation in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for this function is at least EUR 29.400, for university graduates it is at least EUR 38.200. Education and experience lead to overpay. In addition Siemens provides social and other benefits.
