The Business Subsegment MT SM CP S – Converter Steelmaking is searching for a Technical Sales Manager (f/m)

What are my responsibilities?

• Acquisitioning, tender processing, elaboration of technical specifications, costing, pricing
• Conducting product and bid presentations for projects in Converter Steelmaking Technology
• Technical contract preparation and negotiations
• Bid processing using CALCIS
• Cooperation with MT departments and regional companies involved in sales process world wide
• Development and support of customer relations

Which qualifications do I need?

• Preferably higher technical institute or university degree (e.g. mechanical or process/metallurgical engineering)
• Experience in metallurgical plant business is advantageous
• Experience in the acquisition and/or development / project management of projects is advantageous
• Understanding of commercial issues
• Knowledge of contractual issues (contract management)
• English – fluent in written and spoken
• Computer literacy: MS Office package, CALCIS
