The specialist department C&R CCM - Casting & Rolling / Continuous Casting is searching for a Sales Manager (f/m)

What are my responsibilities?

• Acquisitioning, tender processing, elaboration of technical specifications, costing, pricing
• Conducting product and bid presentations for projects in Continuous Casting Technology
• Technical contract preparation and negotiations
• Bid processing using a cost estimation program
• Cooperation with MT technical and specialized departments involved in sales processes
• Development and support of customer relations

Which qualifications do I need?

• Preferably higher technical institute or university degree (e.g. mechanical engineering or electrical engineering/automation)
• Several years of experience in metallurgical plant engineering
• Experience in the acquisition and/or development of projects is advantageous
• Understanding of commercial issues
• Knowledge of contract writing
• English – fluent in written and spoken
• Computer literacy: MS Office package

On a personal level you convince us by leadership and negotiation skills, further by good organizational skills as well as a solution-oriented attitude.

What else do I have to know?
The cross annual compensation in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for this function is at least EUR 29.000, for university graduates (DI, Msc) it is at least EUR 38.200. Education and experience can lead to overpay. In addition Siemens provides social and other benefits.
