Our client is one of the world‘s leading companies in a specific area of civil engineering and plant construction. Based in GAS, the company has become a global leader in the realization of multi-million renowned construction projects. Through steady growth in its international group, the company developed strongly. For the subsidiary company in Manila, our client is now looking for a senior technical project manager with experience in the region to develop into the General Manager Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for large plant construction and civil engineering projects, heading a team of 15 permanent staff plus subcontractors.

Your tasks:

• Project management for multi-million dollar projects in civil engineering and plant construction
• Leading and developing a team of 15 permanent staff plus subcontractors
• Profit & Loss Responsibility in the region
• Ensure and increase efficiency of the company / projects
• Budget responsibility
• Responsibility for Business Development and Marketing
• Relationship Management (Customer Relations, Lobbying, Government)

Your profile:

• Strong expertise in technical project management
• Several years of experience in business / proejcts in the Philippines
• Completed studies (ideally in law, economics or technical engineering)
• Excellent leadership competency
• Strategic strength, combined with high action orientation
• Solid business know-how
• Excellent German and English

Die Gehaltsspanne beträgt EUR 80.000 bis EUR 100.000 brutto p.a.; je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung vorhanden.
