Being an associate of aristid you are the preferred contact person to our customers in the defined area, delivering professional hr consultancy services based on the aristid portfolio, like recruiting services, organizational consultation, temporary management or outplacement project management. Your expertise and your skills are the key enabler to win new customers and to develop existing ones by closely managing the client/candidate relationship through the whole lifecycle.
Joining aristid means to be part of an international team and infrastructure network on the one hand - we are working in teams, sharing knowledge and ideas, and debating our options – on the other hand you are able to work independently, using your home office and organising all your activities according to your individual scheduling.
We are preferably looking for candidates with some years of headhunting/executive search and business development experience or candidates with people management experience or equivalent skills.
Self driven, P&L oriented and with a “can do” attitude the candidate should be also proficient in both spoken and written English and/or German.
