Helmut Neumann, chairman and founder of the group, provides us with a name and a face and a unique entrepreneurial vision in our industry.

Hans Jorda, our CEO, has a proven track record in developing new markets and forging executive search companies into coherent professional units acting on a global scale.

They are supported by an Executive Committee tasked with implementing dedicated strategic projects.

All members of the Corporate Management Team are equity partners.

Our goal is for all consultants to aspire to equity participation.

The group ownership structure is restricted to professionals active in the business.
